(1) The account of income and expenditure of the fund shall be kept in the format prescribed by the committee. When the committee determines the structure of accounting in this way, it shall be determined that the fund's income-expenditure account should be kept on the basis of double accounting system.

(2) It shall be the duty of the fund to update the income-expenditure account of the fund to be kept according to sub-rule (1).< /p>
